We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated delivery position based in Schodack/Nassau, NY. This is a high-paying, home-daily night shift position with consistent freight and strong weekly earnings.

Position Details:

• Location: Schodack / Nassau, NY (12156)
• Hiring radius: 50 miles
• Operating area: 150–250 mile radius of Albany, NY (No NYC)
• Home time: Daily
• Schedule: Friday – Tuesday
• Start time: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Work week: 5 days (6th day optional, required during peak)

Pay & Compensation:

• $0.76 – $0.78 CPM
• Average annual pay: $96,600
• Daily salary: $94/day (must work full week)
• Stop pay: $40 per stop
• Drop & hook: $25
• Off-account work: $225 – $400/day
• Training pay: $240/day
• Safety training pay: $20/hour
• Holiday pay: $200/day

Freight Details:

• Dedicated local deliveries
• All trailers pre-loaded
• Palletized freight
• Multi-stop routes (avg 15 stops/day)
• Typically 2 stops per trailer
• Driver assist unload using pallet jack

Equipment:

• Automatic day cabs
• 48', 53' box and reefer trailers
• Slip-seat operation (seniority-based)
• Trucks cannot be taken home

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT and safety requirements
• Must be physically able to unload with pallet jack
• Strong customer service skills required
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Must be willing to work holidays during peak periods
• Trainees not accepted
