Executive Assistant – Executive Office
Location: Hybrid | Western Metro Detroit Area
Salary: $60,000–$75,000

Role Summary

An established and growing organization in Western Metro Detroit is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a senior executive leader. This vital role ensures seamless day-to-day operations through expert calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and high-level administrative support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives

  • Strong calendar and travel coordination experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or Multiview

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries

  • Familiarity with board communications and meeting preparation

  • Financial documentation or expense tracking experience

  • Calm, professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Flexible and adaptable with strong attention to detail
