Seraphlyte is expanding our field operations, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to lead customer outreach for our brush survey and preventative spray services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys meeting people, and wants to be part of a company shaping the future of wildfire prevention.
What You’ll Do
• Generate and qualify leads across residential, commercial, agricultural, and construction markets
• Conduct on-site consultations with property owners and managers
• Build service plans and quotes based on defensible-space needs and seasonal risk windows
• Educate customers on our EPA Safer Choice-certified fire-retardant solution and its long-lasting protective benefits
• Work closely with our field crews to schedule surveys and treatments
What You Bring
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach, on-site visits, and speaking with homeowners
• Motivated by earning potential and customer impact
• Organized with basic proficiency using CRM tools
