About This Role:
As an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Evara Health’s mission by ensuring staff are effectively trained and supported in the use of our electronic medical records system. This position partners closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance workflows, support compliance, and promote best practices across the organization.
- Training and Development Support:
- Deliver group and individual EPIC training, including new employee orientation, on-the-job training, and system updates.
- Develop, implement, and refine training curricula, outlines, and instructional methods to meet organizational needs.
- Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, job aids, multimedia tools, and computer-based tutorials.
- Program Coordination and Evaluation:
- Coordinate administrative and logistical aspects of training programs, ensuring accurate documentation and completion.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and use data to recommend improvements to content, delivery, and instructional methods.
- Review facilitator performance and provide recommendations for enhancement as needed.
- Process Improvement and Collaboration:
- Document departmental Electronic Health Record workflows and processes to support best-practice methodologies.
- Assist with organizational development initiatives, including workflow analysis, team facilitation, and strategic planning activities.
- Provide input into department goals and support cross-functional collaboration with Information Technology and other teams.

Education and Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience directly related to training, development, or EMR systems
- High level of computer proficiency and database management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional skills
