Customer Service Representative – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Perham, MN Compensation: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time or Full-time
Part-Time: M–F, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM Full-Time: M–F, 8:30/9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Esser Plumbing & Heating is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our Perham office as a Customer Service Representative. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people and is comfortable using a computer. You’ll be part of the team that answers our phones and connects customers with the right person or service.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a friendly, helpful way
- Help customers with basic questions and direct calls to the right person or department
- Assist with scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Enter customer information into our computer system
- Help with basic emails and customer follow-up
- Provide general office support as needed
- Learn more about our company and services as you go

Previous customer service experience is not required for this position. We’re looking for someone who:
