Job Summary
Responsible for securing sports entertainment sales opportunities. Support existing accounts and help to execute on growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with tracking through the CRM and providing timely reporting to management. Stay up-to-date industry trends and maintain a working knowledge of the company's products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Focus outbound efforts on identifying, targeting, and securing sports entertainment opportunities including, but not limited to, trampoline parks, gymnastics and cheer programs, sports complexes, schools, and entertainment venues. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, outreach and discovery to proposal and close. - 35%
- Support existing accounts to build relationships and facilitate future growth and expansion. Support clients in the creation of action plans and ensure they are effectively executed on. - 25%
- Ensure all pipeline activity, opportunities, and next steps are put into the CRM to track progress. Provide accurate forecasts and timely reports on KPIs, including meetings, FTAs (first-time appointments), pipeline creation, and revenue closed. Follow the sales funnel process with precision and accountability. - 10%
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and stay current with sales training, product updates, and evolving buyer expectations. Maintain working knowledge of products, safety standards, and unique value propositions. - 5%
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that enhance safety, engagement, and ROI for clients. Share insights from the field with the internal team to strengthen the sales process. - 5%

Minimum Requirements
Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience - 2-5 years of sales experience; experience in adhering to and exceeding sales quotas
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong working knowledge of how to utilize and leverage Google Suite
- Highly organized with disciplined CRM usage and pipeline ownership
- Working knowledge in sports, recreation, or entertainment markets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients
- Confident outbound prospector skilled in creating and driving demand
- Ability to uncover client needs and shape multi-faceted solutions
- Problem-solver with the drive to succeed in sales cycles

Preferred Qualifications
Education - Bachelor’s Degree
Experience - Background in sports equipment, recreation/entertainment, or facilities
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and travel up to 5% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
