We are a long-standing property management company with deep roots in the Tarrant community, operating continuously since 1964. Our team is small (12 employees), fast-paced, and hands-on. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our busy office.


Position Overview

This role supports daily office and accounting operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in staying productive, organized, and accurate throughout the workday. The right candidate will have strong administrative skills and an interest in growing professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Handle accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Filing, document management, and record keeping
  • Accurate data entry
  • Support office operations to keep workflow running smoothly
