Quad Cities Ketamine Clinic and Quad Cities Integrative Wellness are a growing, purpose-driven clinic offering ketamine infusion therapy, Spravato®, and nitrous oxide treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain — alongside integrative wellness services including chiropractic care, psychiatric NP services, counseling, massage therapy, infrared sauna, HOCATT, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and red light therapy. The Role

We are looking for a licensed Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role where you'll work directly alongside our CRNA and NP providers to deliver exceptional care. Schedule: 32–40 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs
• Administer injections (IM, SubQ) as directed
• Assist providers during ketamine infusions, Spravato®, and nitrous oxide treatments
• Monitor patients during treatments and report any changes to the provider
• Clean and restock treatment rooms between patients
• Support clinical operations and assist with supply inventory
• Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

• Active Iowa CMA or RMA license — required
• Current BLS/CPR certification — required
• Demonstrated IV start competency
• Experience with injection administration
• Comfortable working with mental health patient populations
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and genuinely compassionate

Preferred: experience in an infusion, anesthesia, or IV therapy setting
