Position Overview

As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in providing direct patient care, monitoring health changes, and ensuring comfort and safety. This role may span multiple care areas, including long-term care, med-surg, or swing-bed—perfect for nurses who enjoy variety and close patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care under RN or provider supervision

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs

• Assist with ADLs and mobility support

• Observe, report, and document patient condition changes

• Support patients and families with empathy and clear communication

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Active Nebraska LPN license (or compact license)

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience preferred (LTC, med-surg, or swing-bed a plus)

• Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate

• Strong communication and time-management skills
