A well-established commercial construction client is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to support new project growth. This role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in the field, enjoys travel, and takes pride in delivering high-quality commercial projects from start to finish.
This is a boots-on-the-ground position — you’ll be on job sites consistently and leading crews to keep schedules, safety, and quality on track.

Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and oversee commercial construction projects (ground-up preferred)
Manage daily jobsite operations including: subcontractors & field teams, safety compliance, scheduling and productivity, quality control.
Maintain excellent communication with leadership and project stakeholders
Track progress, identify issues early, and keep jobs moving forward
Serve as the jobsite leader; setting expectations and driving execution
Schedule & Travel
Travel required (projects located near Harrisburg-area, including Delaware and outer edges of Pennsylvania)
Typical travel cadence: 4 days out of town / 3 days home
When traveling: 4/10s schedule
When local: standard weekday schedule
Hotel paid + per diem provided
Vehicle allowance included
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of Superintendent experience (commercial)
Strong leadership, team oversight, and accountability
Excellent communication and jobsite coordination skills
Solid time management and ability to run multiple priorities in the field
Ground-up commercial experience strongly preferred
