What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Prior front-of-house or bartending experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A team-first mindset and commitment to top-tier customer service
- Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs (weekends & holidays included)
- Valid RBS and Food Handler certifications (or willingness to obtain both with company support)
What Youll Be Doing:
- Mixing, serving, and presenting drinks with precision, professionalism, and flair
- Delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest with a customer comes first attitude
- Maintaining composure and efficiency during high-volume shifts
- Providing knowledgeable answers about food and beverage offerings
- Keeping your bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Arriving on time and ready to shine every shift
