Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Support early childhood development as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving Pre-K students in Aurora, CO. This full-time, contract role offers 35 hours per week during the current school year, focusing on delivering specialized speech and language therapy within an early childhood school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to Pre-K students
- Provide direct therapy to support communication skills in young children
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Colorado SLP license and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed
- Demonstrated experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in pediatric or school settings
- Knowledge of early childhood communication development and intervention strategies
Location and Schedule:
- Position located in Aurora, Colorado at an early childhood school
- Full-time schedule consisting of 35 hours weekly during the current school year (CSY)
