Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide clear solutions to clients.
• Assist customers in navigating multiple browsers and platforms to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure customer success by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle high-volume call center interactions while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding company products and services.
• Continuously update knowledge of company offerings to deliver accurate information to clients.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center customer service or a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing multiple browsers and technical platforms.
• Strong skills in email correspondence and clear communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems effectively.
