A growing, fast-paced law firm in Miami is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and keep the firm running efficiently.
This is a full-time, in-office role — ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, client-facing legal environment and enjoys being the backbone of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Manage administrative staff and support attorneys with operational needs
- Coordinate scheduling, office logistics, and vendor relationships
- Maintain office systems, files, and compliance standards
- Handle client communication and ensure a professional front-office experience
- Support billing, reporting, and general administrative functions
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as an Office Manager (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with legal/admin systems and Microsoft Office
