This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Director. The Financial Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, managing financial statements, and controlling the organization's budget. The role involves preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Director will play a critical role in advising the executive team on financial matters and strategic direction. This position is located in Wyomissing, PA.

- Expertise in Financial Planning and creating Financial Statements
- Strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and trends
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a senior financial role with a thorough understanding of corporate finance and management principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive team and other departments
