Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service
Location: Onsite – 1640 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093
Start Date: 08/25/2025 - 08/24/2026
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (W2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Training Duration: 6–8 weeks (same schedule, no time off allowed during training)
Pay rate- $19/hr on W2
Position Summary:
We are seeking Provider Relations Associate Analysts to support day-to-day operations of provider engagement and communication. This role is based onsite in Plano, TX and requires candidates to live within a 30-mile radius of the office. The successful candidates will play a critical role in supporting healthcare providers by handling inquiries, educating on policies, resolving non-routine claim issues, and ensuring contractual and credentialing compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals within the provider network
- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone and written communications
- Educate providers on administrative policies, contract compliance, reimbursement, and utilization patterns
- Coordinate communication regarding policy changes, credentialing, and contract updates
- Assist in resolving complex claim and contract issues
- Support provider onboarding and credentialing
- Document and analyze provider inquiries to ensure resolution and trend identification
- Work independently while meeting time-sensitive deadlines and team goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior Call Center Experience (inbound or outbound; 2 years preferred)

Education:
- Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
Important Notes:
- This is a 100% onsite role. Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of the office location.
- No absences/time off will be permitted during the 6–8 week training period.
- Candidates with pre-planned time off in January/February or during training should not be submitted.
