Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software.
- Document all validation activities, including protocol execution, deviations, and final reports.
- Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues and deviations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) throughout the validation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to define validation strategies.
- Perform revalidation and change control activities as needed.
- Maintain validation documentation and records in accordance with company procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
- Experience with validation principles and methodologies (e.g., IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Proficiency in developing and executing validation protocols and reports.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation purposes.
- Experience with qualification of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with specific automation platforms (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA systems).
- - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- - Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
- - Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device).
