Motion & Graphic Designer
Nextworld is looking for a multi-talented Motion & Graphic Designer to join our award-winning workplace and help elevate our brand through striking visual storytelling. If you're passionate about motion design, digital marketing, and pushing creative boundaries, we want to hear from you.

This mid-level designer will play a key role in driving our visual identity forward across video, web, email, social, print, and more. You’ll collaborate with content creators, marketers, and stakeholders to craft polished, high-impact creative that supports campaigns and tells our brand story with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with content, web, and digital marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas
- Create compelling design and motion assets for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, to include animated explainer videos & motion graphics, social graphics, landing pages, emails, ebooks, infographics, pitch decks, event signage, programs, and printed collateral
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions and creative reviews
- Collaborate closely with content, web, and digital marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas
- Manage projects in Smartsheet to stay on top of deliverables and deadlines
- Support marketing ops with light email-building and social posting (we’ll train you!)
- QA your work for design polish, messaging accuracy, and brand alignment
- Track performance of digital creative and optimize based on insights
- Stay sharp on the latest in animation, design trends, and digital UX

Position located in Greenwood Village, CO. Nextworld's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years' professional design experience (motion + static), B2B or SaaS preferred
- Standout portfolio with a range of digital, brand, video, and motion work
- Strong animation skills using After Effects (or similar)
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and UX principles
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and eager to grow
- Comfortable translating complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS space
- Basic website editing experience (we use Craft CMS)
- Light HTML knowledge
- HubSpot or other marketing automation tool experience
- Social media design/management experience
