We’re a growing boutique home remodeling company based in Culver City, and we’re looking for a motivated Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment, this could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, inspections, and sales calls.

  • Answer phones and emails, and serve as a friendly point of contact for clients and team members.

  • Prepare contracts, manage project files, and keep everything organized.

  • Handle QuickBooks entries, invoicing, and expense tracking.

  • Maintain our CRM system and input leads from multiple sources.

  • Keep the office running efficiently day-to-day.

What we’re looking for:

  • A quick learner who is tech-savvy and detail-oriented.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.

  • Lives within 15–20 miles of Culver City.

  • Reliable, committed, and ready to grow with us.

The details:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office).
