Job Description:
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to think on their feet while managing multiple tasks. .

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and account management.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
