TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives in the Baytown, TX 77523 area of Houston!
Work Environment: Cold storage facility/Office
Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding inventory, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Schedule and manage appointments for product delivery and pickup, ensuring timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions, charts, data analysis, and reporting).
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (possible shift from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay: $18/hour
