Responsibilities
As an Insurance Producer, your primary responsibility is to convert leads into clients by following a structured sales process.
You will:
- Work inbound and outbound leads daily
- Quote and bind personal lines policies
- Follow a defined call and follow-up system
- Track activity and pipeline in AgencyZoom
- Hit activity and production targets
- What Makes This Role Different

- We are actively building lead generation systems (email, digital, outbound)
- You will have consistent opportunities to quote

Requirements
- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-up
- Organized and able to manage pipeline
