Known for our smooth and creamy white chocolate mocha, we’ve built a reputation for delivering the perfect balance of flavor in every cup. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team and help us continue to delight our customers in Kirkland - Jaunita Area.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Barista at Urban Coffee Lounge, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers feel welcome and leave with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café to ensure a comfortable environment for both customers and team members.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
- A genuine love for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members alike.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, especially when it comes to crafting beverages and maintaining cleanliness.
