Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect accurate data on student behaviors and progress.
• Assist in creating positive learning environments tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience applying behavior analysis techniques within a school setting, preferably K-12.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and team members.
