Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least two years of experience and an active Florida license for a full-time inpatient rehab assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a 42-bed inpatient rehab unit
  • Schedule is five 8-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Primary equipment includes standard therapy equipment
  • Documentation is completed using Meditech
  • Floating is primarily within the inpatient rehab unit
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills required
  • Ability to work occasional weekends is a plus
  • Candidates must be efficient in Meditech for documentation
  • Supportive team environment with availability of therapy-specific equipment

\n \n Requirements\n

  • Active Florida Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
  • Minimum two years of Occupational Therapy experience
  • At least six months of recent experience in acute care, SNF, or inpatient rehab settings
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
  • US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
