Letnes Restaurant Group owns and operates over two dozen restaurants and other businesses (and growing) throughout Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Join our dynamic team as an Accountant in Waite Park, MN, where you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping track of everything from vendor invoices to daily sales reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Conduct budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Inventory adjustments.
- Compiling weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Posting biweekly payrolls.
- Assisting payroll department when needed.
- Preparing financial statements for real estate and consulting entities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degreee in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, R365)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
