Customer Service Representative
**Responsibilities
**

Handles inquiries received from customers, sales reps, and field personnel, regarding price, delivery, order placement, order status, product information, and required changes.

Researches and resolves order discrepancies. Take corrective action.

Processes sales orders in an expeditious manner to facilitate customer shipments and meet required delivery dates.

Interacts with Planning/Forecasting dept to obtain information for customer requirements.

Assists the credit department in resolving disputes on invoices and charge backs.
-
Provides operational support and product information for all product brands when needed.
-
Reviews daily sales order and backorder reports and takes appropriate action.
-
Creates spreadsheets and prepares reports for distribution to customers and management.
-
Meets departmental standards for providing quality care and support for customers.
**Requirements
**
-
Minimum 2 years of office manufacturing environment experience.
-
experience with Pivot Tables
-
Must be excellent at multitasking and problem-solving.
-
Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
-
Reliable and a team player.
-
Proficient knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of EDI order processing a plus.
