Landscape Maintenance Team Member

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Kanger Lawns is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Team Member to assist with landscape bed maintenance, mulch installation, shrub trimming, seasonal cleanups, and property enhancement projects throughout the Omaha area.

Responsibilities
- Perform landscape bed maintenance and cleanup services.
- Install mulch and decorative landscape materials.
- Trim shrubs and ornamental plants.
- Remove weeds and maintain landscape appearance.
- Assist with seasonal property cleanups.
- Support mowing crews during peak workload periods.
- Safely operate landscape equipment and tools.
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred.
- Basic plant knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday.
- Typical workweek: 35-45 hours.
- Additional hours may be available during peak seasons.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move landscape materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
