General carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Preferred candidate must have basic knowledge operating equipment such as circular saw, table saw, drills and other power tools. Applicant will need the ability to work well with other crew members and homeowners. Pay is based upon capabilities and experience. Candidate must be able to provide employer with two references.
