Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech therapy plans for students in grades K-5
  • Deliver targeted speech and language interventions to support academic and social communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions regarding student needs

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, specifically grades K-5
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and therapy techniques appropriate for early education
