Helper Rate: $20 per hour

We are seeking a dependable helper to assist a client who will be recovering from knee replacement surgery. The client is disabled and will require standby assistance and supervision during the initial recovery period at home. A family member will be present for part of the time, but additional support is needed.

Care Responsibilities

Provide standby assistance during movement and daily activities
Ensure safety and supervision during recovery
Offer general support and monitoring
Assist with light tasks as needed to keep the home environment safe and comfortable

Schedule

July 9, 10, 11, 12
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Ideal Candidate

Reliable and punctual
Patient and attentive, especially with post-surgery recovery
Comfortable providing mobility supervision
Experience with post-op care is a plus

This is a short-term recovery role, ideal for a helper who can provide consistent supervision and reassurance during the critical first days after surgery.
