Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral health organization with three clinics across Metro Detroit supporting children with autism and their families. We serve the entire family through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model that includes ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy, Counseling, Parent Training, and Autism Testing.
About the Compass Program
We are seeking individuals enrolled in or planning to pursue a Master's program in ABA (or a related field) to join our Compass Program. This is a structured, full-time fieldwork practicum designed to prepare students for the BCBA role by providing exposure to various restricted and unrestricted experiences within a professional clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision (Restricted Hours).
- Participate in supervised clinical and administrative support activities to satisfy BACB requirements (Unrestricted Hours).
- Rotate through various clinical and support roles as dictated by training progression and clinic needs.
- Engage in weekly individual and group supervision to review goals and performance feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- Academic Status – Enrollment in an accredited Master's or Doctoral program in ABA or a related field. Students who have already begun their fieldwork hours are encouraged to apply.
- Commitment – Full-time availability within a structured clinical schedule.
- Professionalism – Strong communication, reliability, and a clean employment record.
- Compliance – Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
- Physical Ability– Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed.
