WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY: You must have a car. This role is door to door lead generation. This role pays very well, has room to grow within the company, and we offer a comprehensive training & initial base pay to get you started. We are proud to say our D2D team has a lot of success, but if you are not comfortable knocking on doors and spending your days outside walking in neighborhoods & speaking with homeowners, this role is not for you.

The position:
Our growing team is looking for a results-driven Field Marketing Sales Representative to generate high-quality leads that power our sales team. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and clear advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

-Represent the company professionally in appearance and communication.

-Walk designated neighborhoods to identify homes that may qualify for exterior renovations.

-Build rapport with potential clients.

-Conduct on-site exterior assessments.

-Educate homeowners on services, warranties, and financing options.

-Collect basic information to schedule appointments for sales team.

Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills

-Comfortable with outdoor work and extensive walking

-Resilience to rejection

-Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated

-Reliable transportation (must have a car)

Location:

Expert Exteriors serves Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Field Marketing Sales Representatives are assigned to territories but have the freedom to expand into additional areas, unlocking more earning potential.

Pay:

This position begins with a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success. In addition to training, you will receive 4 weeks of base pay & will earn full commission on any sales generated during this period.

Following training, you may choose the compensation structure that best aligns with your goals and earning potential:

  1. An uncapped, 100% commission plan designed for high performers seeking maximum income potential, or
  2. A base salary plus commission structure that provides stability while still offering strong performance-based earnings.
