The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, Digital Workplace, you will own business outcomes end-to-end—partnering closely with teams across Stellix to translate high-level goals into measurable results, while you help streamline operations, and build organizational skills. What You’ll Do

The Senior Business Analyst, Digital Workplace is responsible for leading the organization’s collaboration and productivity platforms and associated adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analyzing business practices throughout organization to promote process improvement and corporate collaboration.
  • Partner with business to deliver outcomes leveraging digital tools, automation and AI.
  • Support business process change and drive adoption of digital tools to help change the way we work.
  • Own, operate and maintain the following collaboration platforms and associated business processes:
  • Collaboration: SharePoint (and Sharegate), Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Windows file servers
  • Automation & AI tools: Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Glean, Microsoft CoPilot
  • Manage the workforce productivity roadmap and future strategy. Work with the broader technology team to align on higher corporate direction.
  • Develop technology and business workflows to support or enhance business processes that create measurable value or outcomes.
  • Own governance for internal and customer-facing knowledge management. Lead the cross-functional company content governance team.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (HR & Comms teams) to create and maintain our Intranet roadmap, aimed at enhancing our employee experience when searching for content, utilizing corporate resources and when participating in our internal communities.
  • Assist departments migrate data/documents from legacy platforms to SharePoint / modern repositories.
  • Be up to date on latest Microsoft platform enhancements and roadmap – work with Learning and Development to develop adoption materials and train users.
  • Be the IT Business Partner for corporate content management (tags, naming convention, content organization strategy).

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Deep experience/knowledge with Collaboration and Automation (RPA) technology, especially in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem – SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, OneDrive, etc.
  • Strong understanding of AI prompting and no-code/low-code AI agent technologies – Glean, MS Copilot, MS AI Builder, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver organizational value through the use of digital tools and processes.
  • Ability to navigate the organization independently
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst and technology platform owner.
  • B.S. in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.

The base salary for this role ranges from $105,000 to $130,000 depending on experience, and it includes eligibility for variable compensation.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
