Four-Legged Fun Zone is offering weekend access to a private, fully equipped grooming suite inside our Everett facility. This opportunity is for an independent professional groomer seeking studio space — not employment.
This is ideal for groomers who already operate their own business and want a quiet, professional space to see their own clients on weekends.
Studio Access
- Saturdays & Sundays only
- 2:00–6:00 PM
- Private, enclosed grooming room
- No front desk, no phone calls, no support staff
- Solo environment — you operate independently
Rental Terms
- $100 per day (up to 4 hours of studio access)
- You keep 100% of your grooming revenue
- Flat studio rental — not commission, not employment
- Limited to the listed hours; no full-day access
This Is a Good Fit If You:
- Operate your own grooming business
- Bring your own clients
- Set your own prices
- Handle your own scheduling and payments
- Carry (or are obtaining) professional grooming liability insurance
- Are comfortable working independently without assistance
- Can leave the space fully cleaned, sanitized, and reset after each session
What We Provide
- Private grooming room
- Professional tub, table, dryers
- Utilities included
- Studio space only — independent groomers collect all client payments directly. Four-Legged Fun Zone does not receive any portion of grooming revenue.

- Not a job
- Not a W-2 or 1099 employment position
- We do not provide clients, scheduling, or payment processing
