Job Title: Senior Treasury Associate (Accounts Receivable with some collections experience)

M - F - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm,
The SR Treasury Associate is responsible for a) collections activity, and b) assisting with department projects. The SR Treasury Associate interacts with Sales, Contracts and Group Finance, as well as with the Treasury and Corporate Accounting staff. The SR Treasury Associate’s responsibilities are critical to the Accounts Receivable and require the ability to analyze and resolve matters of moderate to heightened complexity associated with the collections process and as such, judgment skills are essential. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : •Manage the collections for a portfolio containing most of the small to large customers. • Manage Accounts Receivable measurements, like Days Sales Outstanding, to keep it in compliance with the standards set by MOOG. •Resolve issues of moderate to heightened complexity relating to the Collection process. •Take direction and provide support on project-oriented work as the need arises. •Effectively interact with personnel in Treasury and Corporate, as well as the operating units. •Complete work in a timely fashion and ensure accuracy of recorded amounts. •Act as the collections back-up to the other Treasury Associates.
