We’re looking for a motivated, physically capable individual to join our field crew. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of meaningful projects that improve land and infrastructure.

You’ll assist with a variety of restoration and landscaping-related work, including:

• Seeding and strawing
• Grading and land restoration
• Equipment assistance and material handling
• General labor
