Job DescriptionJob Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Onsite – Portland, OR
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)

Overview:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced professional services environment. This is a direct hire opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach to executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services industry such as finance, legal, consulting, or similar.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
