We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Optician to join our team. This role is best suited for someone who values structure, precision, and personalized patient care. Please note: This position requires prior optical experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized eyewear styling and lens recommendations based on patient lifestyle and visual needs
- Take precise measurements and ensure proper frame fit, comfort, and accuracy
- Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear with confidence
- Verify vision insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage using established systems
- Enter and manage optical orders and coordinate with labs
- Pre-test patients for comprehensive eye exams as needed
- Maintain organized records and uphold a polished optical presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of optical experience (private practice or structured optical setting preferred)
- Strong understanding of lens materials, coatings, and optical measurements
- Familiarity with vision insurance and billing workflows (training and support provided)
- High attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly
- Preparedness appropriate for a boutique environment
- Calm, accountable, and patient-focused
- Reliable and seeking a stable position
