Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services within a school setting in Aurora, CO. This role involves traveling between schools to support students' educational and emotional needs, working closely with educators, parents, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning and behavioral needs.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on comprehensive evaluations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to design and implement intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote student success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results.
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel between multiple school sites within the Aurora area.
  • Organizational skills to manage case loads and documentation effectively.

Location & Travel:This position is based in Aurora, CO, with regular travel required to various schools within the district.
