Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced, growing 3PL logistics facility in Pasadena, TX. This company specializes in transportation, distribution, and logistics services, supporting a wide range of customers with efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.Pay Rate
$19.00 to $21.00 per hour (Depends on experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed)
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including commercial invoices and bills of lading• Communicate daily with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries • Track shipments, schedule pick-ups, and coordinate drop-offs• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding shipment status• Operate and utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics softwareCustomer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements• 4 plus years of extensive experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred • Proficiency with SAP Warehouse Management Systems• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Strong communication and organizational skills
