Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy are seeking a full-time Counselor for our Feasterville, PA campus. This is a meaningful opportunity to support students in a small educational setting focused on personal growth, accountability, and restorative practices.
Our campuses offer an encouraging, team-based environment where students are met with compassion, structure, and high expectations. As a Counselor, you'll be part of a collaborative effort to help youth overcome challenges and build the tools they need to succeed-both in and out of the classroom.

Your Responsibilities
- 
Build a positive, respectful school culture using restorative methods and social-emotional learning principles 
- 
Provide behavioral and emotional support through daily interactions, check-ins, and interventions 
- 
Lead group sessions, community circles, and structured learning activities 
- 
Maintain student records and progress updates 
Minimum Qualifications:
- 
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or a similar human services field 
- 
Experience working with adolescents or in behavioral support roles 
Preferred Skills:
- 
Effective verbal and written communication 
- 
Ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress moments 
- 
Strong team player with self-direction 
- 
Familiarity with restorative practices is helpful (training provided if needed)
