Our services include sleep consultations, diagnostic testing (Home Sleep Tests and in-lab Polysomnography), CPAP therapy through our DME program, and more. We are growing, patient-centered, and deeply focused on improving long-term outcomes for individuals dealing with sleep apnea and other sleep-related conditions.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and collaborative Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oregon location. This individual will play a vital role in supporting clinical and administrative teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a high standard of patient care across visits, testing, and therapy services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and leads with empathy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the clinic, including scheduling, front desk, patient flow, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with clinical and DME teams to ensure smooth delivery of services across diagnostic testing (HSTs/PSGs) and CPAP therapy.
- Supervise and support staff development, onboarding, and training.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), patient satisfaction, and daily metrics; implement process improvements where needed.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with the central billing, call center, and leadership teams to maintain financial efficiency and accurate documentation.
- Participate in budgeting, inventory management, and vendor coordination for supplies and DME equipment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare management or clinic operations (sleep medicine or DME experience is a strong plus).
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with sleep testing protocols and CPAP therapy is highly desirable.
- Experience with EMRs and medical billing workflows.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a team in a dynamic setting.
