Job Summary

Our team is growing! We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based treatment to patients, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to high-quality care. OrthoRehab Specialists strives to empower therapists to create their own ideal work environment. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Implement therapeutic exercises/activities, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment


Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • 5+ years experience in outpatient orthopedic setting (ideally)
  • Current state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated / self- starter
  • Strong manual therapy skills
