Practice Overview
- You'll join a well-established clinic located within the hospital for seamless patient coordination
- Outpatient-focused with light hospital rounding call; no inpatient management
- Daily patient volume of 12-15 to allow for meaningful patient interactions
- Robust support team and collaborative clinical culture
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with half-day Fridays
- No nights or weekend clinic; rounding call shared on a low-burden basis
- Protected administrative time and collegial environment
- Flexible for new graduates building their panel
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with additional incentives
- 1,600/month housing stipend for the first year
- Full benefits including health, retirement, malpractice, and generous PTO

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
- Must be eligible for Montana licensure
- Comfortable practicing in a rural, full-spectrum outpatient setting
