Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a client in Virginia Beach, VA.

This position offers flexible scheduling options and is ideal for someone looking for consistent afternoon hours, with potential for additional morning hours.

Available Schedule Options

Preferred Schedule (Split Shift Option):

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:40 AM

• Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  (Monday–Friday)

Alternative Option:

• Afternoon only: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

• Collect and record accurate session data

• Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors

• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Participate in supervision meetings as required

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Experience working with children with autism preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency
