The Citadel at Kingsbridge Rehabilitation &amp; Nursing Center is currently seeking Full-Time CNA's for day (7am-3pm) evening (3pm-11pm) and night (11pm-7am) shifts to join our dynamic organization.
OVERVIEW:
CNA is responsible for providing direct resident care including clinical, personal, nutritional and restorative care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Help patients use the restroom
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clean and bathe patients or residents
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain patients' hygiene and change bedding
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Turn, reposition, and move patients between wheelchairs, seats, and beds
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Serve meals and help patients eat their food
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Measure vital signs like blood pressure and temperature
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Listen to patient’s health concerns and report details to a RN or Doctor
&nbsp;
REQUIREMENTS:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valid CNA License in the State of New York
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CPR/BLS certified
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a Long term care Facility.
