We are hiring a high-energy, customer-focused, and dependable professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Cape Coral area.
This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and deliver a polished, friendly, and team-oriented client experience every time.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. In fact, we prefer candidates without prior experience so we can train you from the ground up.
Schedule & Availability
- Approximately 20 hours per week to start
- Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Saturday availability from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (no Sundays)
- Must have consistent availability at least 3 days per week
- Opportunity to take on additional hours as the company grows
- Local travel between appointments is required
What You’ll Do
- Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
- Capture interior and exterior listing media following a structured shot list
- Represent the company professionally with agents and homeowners
- Deliver a high-quality, friendly, and relationship-focused client experience
- Upload media after each shoot, no editing required
- Stay organized and consistent across appointments
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to company growth
Compensation & Growth Path
- Starting pay: $20/hour
- After photography training: $25/hour
- Drone certified: $30/hour
- Video certified: $35/hour
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.725 per mile (IRS rate)
- Opportunity to grow into a more full-time role as the company expands

Customer service and personality are far more important than photography experience. We are looking for someone who makes clients feel comfortable and leaves every interaction feeling like they are part of the team.

- You struggle with punctuality or consistency
- You’re not comfortable with driving being a large part of your day to day
- You prefer full creative control instead of following a structured process
