Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare professional with LPN/LVN or RN licensure is needed to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a student in a school setting located in Swanzey, NH. This role offers travel opportunities and involves close collaboration within a school environment to ensure the students health and safety during the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a student with specialized medical needs
• Monitor residuals and delay bolus feeding through a G-tube using feeding pumps
• Administer tube feeds according to prescribed schedules
• Monitor vital signs including heart rate and oxygen saturation as required
• Perform oral and nasal suctioning and manage mouth wound care when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and observations

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid LPN/LVN or RN license with current state certification to practice
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred
• Ability to manage feeding tubes, pumps, and suctioning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong observational skills to monitor vital signs and changes in students condition
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with school staff and family members
• Flexibility to work designated dates and times, with willingness for additional hours as needed

• February 2: 7:008:30 AM (with option for additional hours up to half day)
• February 14, 15, 16: 7:00 AM2:30 PM (full days)
• March 13: 11:00 AM2:30 PM
• March 16: 7:008:30 AM (with option for additional hours up to half day)
• March 25, 26, 27: 7:00 AM2:30 PM
• March 30, 31: 7:00 AM2:30 PM
• May 6, 7: 7:00 AM2:30 PM
• May 12, 13, 14: 7:00 AM2:30 PM
