Compensation:
Pay Range: $36.13 - $57.81 per hour

Job Summary:
This role involves leading and coordinating unit staffing while ensuring the delivery of clinical objectives and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
- Conduct or contribute to performance evaluations of team members.
- Assess daily patient care requirements and allocate patient care assignments accordingly.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes.
- Evaluate patient care effectiveness and identify issues impacting desired outcomes.
- Address patient care complaints through established protocols.
- Provide input on hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent educational background for licensing.
- Experience: Minimum of one year as a registered nurse.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent oral communication and active listening.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Regular lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, reaching, and data entry.
- Regular visual acuity for near and far distances, including color differentiation.
- Frequent olfactory recognition and auditory communication.
- Occasional lifting of objects weighing 25-50 lbs and moving patients.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and other physical movements.
- Rarely required to crawl or run.

- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- For Missouri:
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration or Compact State RN
- For Oklahoma:
